‘Summer of Love’ Festival 

In the Summer of 2012 Moving Stories was honoured to be commissioned by London’s South Bank Centre to run a major immersive take-over event for the Summer of Love Festival.

We ran open workshops for the hundreds of visitors to the venue on the day, inviting people of all ages to participate in singing, dancing and verse speaking workshops and learn sections of the show, ready to participate in the final production on the Riverside Terrace later that day. It was a wild, vibrant, noisy and brilliant day!

We loved collaborating with Southwark’s 50 strong choir who joined us on stage for the final number, and the drumming sensation Kinetico Blocko led the audience back into the Southbank Centre for more dancing after the show.
